The spreadsheet doesn't move.
The data does.

Unogrid treats your spreadsheet as a live object — not a file to export. Connect once, and changes propagate in real time across Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel with formula fidelity, conflict detection, and a complete audit trail.

Bidirectional sync, not row mirroring.

Tools like Zapier and Unito move records on triggers. They break the moment your schema changes, and they don't understand formulas, named ranges, or structured tables.

Unogrid syncs the spreadsheet itself — values, formulas, formatting, and structure — as a live, two-way object. Edit either side and watch it land on the other in under 2 seconds.

Conflicts don't fail silently. They surface.

When two people edit the same cell at the same time, you need to know — not have your numbers silently overwritten by whoever clicked save last.

Unogrid detects same-cell conflicts within a 500ms window, pauses the sync, and asks you which value to keep. Every resolution is logged for the audit trail.

Offline-first. Network-resilient.

Real teams work on flights, in basements, and through corporate proxies that drop connections without warning. A sync product that breaks on every network blip is worse than no product.

Unogrid queues changes locally when the connection drops and replays them in order when you're back online. Your work doesn't stop because your wifi did.

Audit-ready by default. Compliance-aware.

Every cell change is captured with timestamp, user, source platform, and prior value. For finance, payroll, and HR teams operating under SOX, FLSA, or industry regulators, that audit trail isn't optional.

Export the complete change log as CSV or pipe it into your existing SIEM. Your auditors will know who changed what, when, and from which platform — without you reconstructing it from email.
